Sreenidi Deccan Football Club (SDFC) is part of Sreenidhi Educational Group which also includes Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology, Sreenidhi International School, KMR Foundation and Sreenidhi Sports Academy.

SDFC was founded on 1st January 2015 becoming a professional Football Club in May 2018, got its first accreditation with All India Football Federation (AIFF) in June 2019 and its currently playing All India Football Leagues for the age groups of U13, U15 & U18.

They also focus on our study, they put tuition for us. Their cleanliness is good.

Well after I joined SFA the club has given me knowledge not only about the tactical basics and techniques of football but they assured my academics were following up as well by sending me to schools, morning tuitions & of course every player has the same privilege. We have regular practice sessions but unfortunately due to this pandemic we were unable to travel or participate in most competitions including the Hero I league. I think if you really are an aspired kid who wants the best out of themselves this is the place to be.

Hailing from a small town in Manipur, I venture out to pursue my career as a footballer in the year 2019. Being a small town boy, I was new to everything I have experienced at Sreenidhi Football Academy. The dorm, the training ground, my teammates, coaches, managing staff and the whole ambience were new to me. I had to cope up with everything going on. My mentality was to get tough or go home. But everything about Sreenidhi feels home. It nurtured me in every single possible way in and off the pitch. Learning new tactics and playing styles under my coaches has become my life now. Thanks to Coach Fabio and Coach Vum who helped me in developing my football-ing life on and off the pitch.
