14 December, New Delhi: Captain David Castaneda scored all three goals in Sreenidi Deccan FC’s 3-0 win over Sudeva Delhi FC in a Hero I-League match at the Chhatrasal Stadium here on Wednesday. The victory puts the Deccan Warriors on top of the standings while Sudeva Delhi remain at the bottom.

Castaneda opened the scoring in the 34th minute after Rosenberg Gabriel capitalised on the Sudeva Delhi goalkeeper’s error and fed the Colombian a simple tap-in.

Thirteen minutes into the second half, it was the same combination of Gabriel and Castaneda with the latter getting his second with another tap-in.
Castaneda, top scorer of the Hero I-League, got his hat-trick after heading in Ramhlunchhunga’s cross in the 87th minute.
