IFA Shield SDFC beat Railway FC to Enter the Finals

SDFC clinched a flawless semifinal win with goals from Phalguni Singh and Malsamzuala goal to beat Railway FC 2-1 and stormed into the finals of the ongoing 124th IFA Shield tournament.

The IFA Shield is an annual football competition organized by the Indian Football Association. It is the second oldest football tournament in India only after the Durand Cup, and the fourth oldest football competition in the world.

At the East Bengal Ground, SDFC maintained their focus and discipline throughout the match to keep the maximum possession of the ball. Their determined efforts were rewarded with an amazing goal from Phalguni Singh in the 3rd minute of the match, while Malsamzuala made a brilliant goal in the extra-time at 116th minute.
